 Seaside Mentors Administrators from school level administrators to central office administrators following approved DESE guidelines.  

Teacher Induction programs play a vital role in guiding educators as they begin their journey in the teaching profession, taking them beyond their initial training and fostering their growth and progress, while also offering numerous benefits such as increased teacher retention rates. At Seaside, we provide professional development opportunities that assist induction leaders in assessing and improving their induction and mentoring programs as well as providing training for new teachers and administrators.
